my X has this friend who is both our friends, they hardly chat,
i have told this friend everythiing, but my X hasnt told her anything
now someone comes up to my X and says, that ive told the friend everything, that she is doing stuff with some one.
My X always said, its between us
now am not sure if i can trust this friend. Just say she has told someone, and that person went to my X
My X has blocked and deleted me of msn, so have i
but does this mean she hates me alot more now
i seriously wonder what she is thinking, i dont want her to give me a bad name,

I have blocked m x as well. Here is the tricky part...no contact means no contact, that includes friends and family. It is very hard because then all you have to concentrate on is your pain. The main focus should be there, if you get caught up in what you are caught up in, you forget that you have to heal your wounds.
Then sart to focus on your future...wich I know is the last place you might want to go right now...but we are down deep ... we can stay there or start the climb with whatever little strenght we have left.
