It was fun though....she screamed about me calling her and saying bad things and stuff...and I said, "I have better things to do" and hung up. It was like 2 in the morning.

in California, its 6 months, plus 1 day, and it has been, however, when I spoke with my attorney today, he hasn't heard anything from the courts yet, so basically, the file is sitting on someone's desk---and awaiting the final process---he doesn't want to assume anything yet, seeing that i haven't received anything in the mail and nor has he.....that doesn't bother me anymore--the files are sealed.
