summer dresses clambakesX: Hey, it's time for summer dresses. What're you pulling out of your closets / what are you shopping for?
I make pretty much everything I wear, so I'm shopping for silk jersey fabrics ... probably in a deep plum, a blue, a crimson, and I don't know what other colors, all solids. Have to figure out what styles to sew them in, and am looking for inspiration ...
Re:summer dresses tyrogers: I am pulling out all of my sleeveless sundresses (short ones and long ones). That is what I usually wear to work in the heat down here. I have also pulled out all of my sandals in every color of the freaking rainbow. I am not too choosy about color or the print. I just have to like it. I am trying to bring more color into my wardrobe this year anyway, so I am sure I will go buy some new clothes in bright yellow, pale green, lilac, pale pink, etc. Just gotta work on my tan first! ;)

Re:summer dresses AmyMarie1972: Strappy dresses that are short are what i am getting. Theres a few that I like. have gone for brighter colours, light blue, pink and a few print dresses.
