All Done dave13: Well I have just closed on my house. The last bit of business we had is now over and done with... and I feel really good. I have put in my time and paid out my dues (in cash and tears!) and while the price was a little steep, I am happy for it all to be over.
It used to be that I would try to hang on to whatever I could. I would beat myself up every day. I can honestly say I rarely ever think about my ex and I really could care less anymore. I have a good life and enjoy the new territory I have come into. I am not really a different person, but I am definately not the same. My old friends even comment on it.
I have a new life...
