Re:Final Adam: Old Shoes, your post got me thinking about something.
What do people do with their old wedding rings?
Burry it?
Throw it away?
Sell It?
Hold on to it?
I have not even considered what I'd do with my one piece of "jewelry" :-\
Re:Final grober: Old_Shoes,
I half expected some grand event when my divorce was final also. I thought once I had the papers, the world would be different. It wasn't. It was something of a relief, though. I could finally start putting it all behind me.
Sounds like you're doing the same.
Re:Final finney5: about the ring--my mom kept hers in box under her bed, untill the movers stole them. Then I put in in the coin/key catcher on my microwave at home. I don't want to get rid of it. It was a learning experience for me. I guess there's some sentimental attachment for me, besides it may come in handy when I'm hit on my an undesireable at the clubs.
Re:Final hurtingverymuch: Old_Shoes,
Sorry to hear that you're feeling down and alone. I agree, she shouldn't feel the need to share. Hang in there and keep your chin up. You'll be just fine. Hope you're enjoying that new truck and your new dog.
My thoughts are with you.
