Even at this point if she dumps this other guy and marries you, you know her history of cheating on the men she's with -- can you really trust her with your heart?
From what I'm reading here, the answer is no. You deserve someone who will love you with all her heart, not somebody who wants to make sure she's over her ex (one last fling) first. Either she's over him or not. She needs to grow up.
What do you need from this relationship? What are you getting besides heartache?
My advice would be to let her go before she puts you through years of hell.
