We argued on Friday about this, things got heated and he insulted me, I punched him in the face.
He called the police (my daughter was in a safe place, but he didn't know, he sent the police anyway) and while I was in jail, waiting to pay my bail, he was dancing...
Ok, forget about him, I was charged with Assault in the fourth degree, what happens now? I have court on wednesday.
Re:now what? cosmochick222: that's scary. if he wants custody of your child, he may want to exaggerate this issue and tell the court you're an unfit mother with anger management problems and domestic violence tendencies. explain to the court how he provoked you and how he hasn't been financially supporting your child. good luck.
