That's funny my b-day was Sept. 27 & I knew something wasn't right b/c he had been to our restuarant w/ her the week before I just didn't have confirmation. Well ON my b-day he lied about ever going there w/ out me but I knew he had from credit card statements & that same night he emailed "her" about me confronting him about going to that restuarant (I told him a friend had seen him there - but didn't say w/ who). So the following morning my eblaster report came in & I knew it was over. 2 days after my b-day. So I will associate all this mess w/ my b-day too.
I'm so sorry you have having to celebrate like this. But don't let it bring you down. You deserve happiness & love. Do something special for yourself...a manicure, pedicure or a new outfit.
Thanks for your encouraging words last week. I saw the atty Saturday & we will file this week & then he'll know. I haven't even confronted my H yet on the advice of my atty. I think that's the hardest part acting like everythings ok when it is SO NOT OK. BUt if I can just get thru this week I think I will be ok.

I hope your day turned out surprisingly good and that things look up. It is natural to go through these wavy periods of little ups and downs, and hopefully you will peak up very soon. Thinking of you!

Just quick footnote, I got through the day! Came home and the wonderful mom made my favorite dish and my little girl gave me a present and helped me blow out my candles on our yummy cake. I was with my family. The people I love dearly. (I wasn't even phased by the huge bouquet of flowers the X sent me with the matching smaller bouquet of flowers he sent on behalf of our daughter.)
Okay lets let this thread phase away, just like my 35th birthday. Yikes, I am old now.
