Wow! hollygolightly: I had a great surprise today!
It is Teacher Appreciation Week here and one of my students gave me a $40 gift certificate to a spa. (I'm not really a spa girl, but I can use the $ toward some expensive shampoo - something I've had to pass up since stbx left and money is tight)
It felt so nice to know this family recognizes & appreciates my efforts with their son!

My thanks go out to all teachers.....I know how aggravating my son can be at times!!! ;) Teachers have my utmost respect....if you think about it, they are helping to raise my child....I thank every teacher out there who puts forth the bit of extra effort when needed.

I must warn all out there, that though teachers are great people whom are indeed needed, BEWARE OF THEIR KIDS. Teachers kids are PURE EVIL!!! I think it is to counter-balance the goodness of the teachers.

Re:Wow! turning leaf: I looooove going to spas! Hey holly, try their body scrub or some parafango treatment or thermal seaweed wrap. Most spas have these treatments and they're my absolute favorite! Pamper yourself, every woman deserves it!
