I don't really see big changes, what I do see is less of me talking about how and what I feel and more talking to other people about their situations. I do see the change from holding out hope of some form to wanting to be rid of her no matter what.
If my mystery PM'er is in fact the stbxw then she would have had some insight into how I feel as I have not expressed a single emotion to her since March 10 or so and intend never to communicate to her again.
