2 dates, and he wants to get serious MichelleOC: Blind date (not the lunch one) turned into a date the next night, and omg, he wants to get serious. Wants to make a trip to visit my folks (2 hours away, I'm going there for Mothers day, he wanted to tag along)

He keeps emailing about seeing me, and that is nice, yes, but it makes me feel like hes way more into it than me...I guess I shouldnt have kissed him. I led him on didnt I? . I just emailed him a "cant take this further, I wont see you anymore" email. I bet he'll be pissed, I wonder on what level -- the "that beeyotch! - who does she think she is!" level, or the "man! I really liked her!" or the "damn, I guess I'm not getting sum" or "all women are wiley evil sluts"

*sigh*

If I was in a different place, I'd totally date him, but alas...but he also seems kind of on the short tempered controlling side...
Re:2 dates, and he wants to get serious jillieb44: Go with your gut. If he's coming on far too strong, and you're sensing controlling issues, dump him NOW is far better than letting it go on.

Yikes.

My ex-new-man seemed surer sooner than me, but then he's the one who dumped me out of the blue. ::) But I didn't get any bad vibes or pushy vibes from him at all; he was cool to let me take my time, he didn't push, nada.
