Of course, she would never tell me if there were other times. Even if there were no other times, she's already "screwed up" three times too many.
I used to say "screwed up" but a friend said to me, "Why do you say 'screwed up'? She didn't make a mistake. She didn't drop a hammer on her foot. She made decisions. This is who she is."
