your everyday diet betteroffalso: Alright ladies,
Just wondering if those of you who have lost weight or those of you who are just thin (except BBH who can eat anything she wants and still not gain a pound..LOL :P)might be willing to post what you eat on an average day. Especially breakfast..I have a hard time with that one. I am looking for suggestions, hoping to broaden out and try some new things and maybe lose some weight in the process.

Re:your everyday diet browngreen: I have to admit, my meal planning has all but gone to heck since leaving my H.
We're eating healthy foods, but, I used to relaly take time and plan, and enjoy cooking for my fmaily.
Now that it's just my son and I, the only meal that concerns me is dinner, and for that I make a pot of soup and we eat it all week. Or we have been having breakfast for dinner-- pancakes, eggs, and bacon.

It's a phase. I'm going with it.
We're healthy and have the energy we need to do our stuff. So...

Re:your everyday diet betteroffalso: Thats funny..I heard that is a new diet..some lady reversed her meals and lost a bunch f weight. For breakfst she had dinner, for lunch ..lunch and for supper she has breakfast.
Re:your everyday diet amola: that makes sense, but i just don't think that i could handle a big dinner first thing in the morning.......ugh. however, i do like to have breakfast for supper. mainly because i don't like to have breakfast for breakfast, because i just can't eat first thing in the morning.

Re:your everyday diet MichelleOC: Im by no means a stick, but try to guage my calories each day. I ball park it by reading lables and knowing what the calorie counts of whole foods are....and then i try to keep at 1300/day.

typical foods include almond roca, cranberry muffins, guacamole, margaritas, wine, peanut butter, sushi.
