this is really a vent....about idiot drivers! stupify: This is a vent, but not relationship based, so i put it down here...
it is may, which, where i live is usually in the mid-70's by now.. however, today we have a not typical for may noreaster blowing through, so it is rainy windy and cold. YUCK!!!
i just got off the road, and while im frustrated at the drivers, i thought i would make a list of things i think ought not happen:
i think people who drive when it is overcast and rainy with no lights on deserve to get in a car accident. the lights are not just for you to see with, they are so other people can see you as well dumba$$!!!
i think people who drive in the fast lane going the speed limit, or under, deserve to get run off the road... that is what the slow lane is for stupid!!!
i think people who drive 20mph because of the rain should not be allowed to drive in the rain.. Bubba, in Canada you might be able to drive 55mph in a blizzard, but here in Virginia, if i roll my window down and spit, everyone slams on breaks!!!
i think people who SLOW DOWN to talk on their cell phones should be condemed to crappy service forever.. if you cant drive while on it, leave the damn thing alone!!!
i think 18 wheelers should not be able to drive on the roads ANYWHERE, between the hours of 7-8am, 11-12pm, and 4-6pm. im so tired of being stopped in the middle of the road because they are taking the whole road up to back in somewhere!! im also tired of their attitudes, 'im big so they will get out of the way' f*ck you you stupid a$$ motherf*cker who should have never gotten a drivers license!!!
i HATE tourists.. please go back to the hell hole you came from!! if you dont know how to drive on our roads, please dont drive in the times listed above!!!
and the number one rule should be:
PREGNANT WOMEN WHO CANT HANDLE TRAFFIC SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DRIVE ANYWHERE FOR THE DURATION OF THEIR PREGNANCY....

let me add a couple of kansas-related ones.....
the speed limit on the interstate is 70. that means that you go 75 at all times. period. if you're not going to go 75, stay in the right lane.
if you're from marion county, you are not allowed on the interstate. in fact, you're not allowed to drive outside of marion county. you're in a car, not in the combine. drive like it.
speaking of combines.......ok........i understand that you have to occasionally drive on the roads to get from one field to another. but dammit, you're like 5 stories tall and as wide as 8 lanes.......don't get in front of me when i'm in a hurry!
there is no speed limit when driving past a feed lot. in those areas, faster is better. you can only hold your breath for so long before your ability to drive is impaired.
when it snows, yes, the roads tend to get a little slick. but ya know what? this is kansas. if you slide off the road, you're going to slide across a wheatfield. where i grew up, if you slid off the road, you fell off the side of a friggin' mountain. pick up the pace a little bit, or stay at home until the spring thaw.
you know that thing that sticks out of the left side of the steering column? it makes these little lights on the outside of your car blink whenever you're preparing to turn? those are put there for a reason......
when you see a sign in a residential neighborhood that says "dip" take it seriously. those aren't dips, they're drainage ditches that go over the road instead of under them. don't go winging through it and expect the underside of your car to survive, because it won't.
when you are stopped by a train, it is acceptable to get out of your car, clean your windshield, reorganize your trunk, and take a short walk. just make sure that your @$$ is back in the car with it in drive as soon as the last car on the train is visible.

if you see me turn my blinker on (because that is what considerate drivers do) DONT SPEED UP ALL THE SUDDEN SO I CANT GET OVER!!!!!!
Re:this is really a vent....about idiot drivers! AloneandCold: I don't have a list but I have to say we had a rain storm yesterday and within one hour we had three injury accidents and a five car pile up on the freeway. Come on people its just a little rain. JEEZ!
