A full moon? i_sing_alone: Okay, so I see two posts here recently about creepy guys who want a serious relationship on the first date.
It must be a full moon or something because this is just too weird to be coincidental:
I went out with a guy about 3.5 years ago, for one date. He continued to call me each day for about a week, even though the date had ended on a very weird and frightening note, with him driving down a deserted road and telling me he wanted to have sex with me right then and there. Well, apparently nothing I could do or say would clarify that I didn't just LOVE him. He would come into the store where I worked and stay in there for hours, always claiming to have problems with this or that- some non-existant ANYTHING with his cell phone.
So, anyway, I finally got rid of him completely, or so I thought, when I quit my job. NOOO... he emails me on my birthday to tell me Happy Birthday (I can only guess someone at some point told him my b-day while he was in the store.)
I blocked him from my email, and he tracked me down on Yahoo messenger, so I blocked him there (and don't use it anymore now.)
So, it's been about a year since I last heard from him...
Well, out of the blue today, he calls my cell and says in a breathy voice, "How are you.. (real name)?" I panic. "Who is this?!" He tells me and I panic more. I hang up.
He sends a text that says, "tsk, tsk. That wasn't very nice."
I AM SCARED! This creep knows where I live!
Re:A full moon? Thinkin: That's not a good thing; you need to watch out for yourself. That guy sounds real odd and creepy; I'm not even sure what to say, but anyone being that much of a stalker is a threat. Do you own a gun? I would do something about that and not just let it go.
Be careful,
Thinkin
Re:A full moon? i_sing_alone: I wish my life we're so full of needless drama :'(
Geez. when it rains, it freakin' pours!
Yes, I own a gun.
Re:A full moon? jillieb44: Do you know his name and address? Can you get a restraining order? I know a piece of paper can't really help, but save/record everything so you have documentation, just in case.
Very, very scary.
Jillie
P.S. Get a BIG DOG.
Re:A full moon? i_sing_alone: For a restraining order, you have to show bruises or sign of some sort of battery, where I live :(
And even then, they don't like to issue them. Too much hassle, I suppose.
Crap! I can't afford a dog!
