What's your dream marriage proposal? timetobefree: BBH's proposal thread got me thinking...WHEN you get married again, how would you like your man to propose? For the guys, how would you propose? Or if you are contemporary, guys would you want to be proposed to? And how? All you women, would you propose to your man? And how?
I gotta think about this one!

Re:What's your dream marriage proposal? gypsy: IF I ever get married again (which at this point is the scariest thought in my head)...I would love the proposal to be simple - but romantic...I would love for my guy to think it through and for it to have some symbol (whether it's where we met, etc.)...Kinda like those diamond commercials that are so cheesy, but make me melt...the one where they are walking somewhere that looks like Italy and it's their anniversary and he screams. "I love this woman!" and the other one where they are on vacation and he asks her to marry him again and her family is there as witnesses - do you guys know what I am talking about? ok, so I am a cheesy romantic - what can I say?
BUT this is only if I ever get married again, which somehow at this moment I doubt I would go through that again....blah blah blah, man I am just chattin away today! ;D

ok....maybe.....if i were to be proposed to again.....i would at least like to actually have the ring there....not just the credit card to buy the ring.....
however, he is still paying for it....that's one of the bills that he has to pay! married for over 5 years and now divorced, and the stupid ring isn't even paid for yet! lol
