way too easy to send a message without thinking. I saw her out on friday with a new guy, anything that had mended in me was gone in a second.
i had been drinking too, sent a couple of txt and then went to work & emailed too. nothing too bad, but i'm embarrased & i regret what i said - and to top it all off, i felt i had to send a sorry one today, still haven't heard from her, i hate the idea of her thinking badly of me!

Re:email/text message....worst thing to happen to relationships reck: Never had a problem with controling myself with emails, have waited up to two days before sending to make sure im not saying something i didnt want to......getting surprise phone calls, thats a different story, lost my rag a few times there....but even then i meant it ;)
