Re:somewhere out there..... summerparis: Tigger, sometimes I think we go through so much in order to break free of the old lives we had. I'm responding to your P.S. about your weekend. Life is telling us - sometimes nudging us gently, sometimes much more insistently - that we need to move on/

The comment about the "imposter" struck a chord with me. One of the things that made it hard to let go of the x is that he has many of the qualities that I'm looking for...but he's not quite it. I remember about a year ago I heard a song by OutKast that has the line "you might be the one for me/and if not, you're the prototype" and I almost starting bawling (on the treadmill at the gym, no less!). It really hit home to me that the x is a prototype, but not for me...and that was a sad realization.

Just pause on that ladder and know that you'll be able to see the next rungs soon. SB
