Spinach-Artichoke Dip hollygolightly: This is so delicious, I just have to share the recipe:
1 large can artichoke hearts chopped, not marinated
1 frozen package chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
1 cup mayo
8 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. shredded monteray jack cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. worschester sauce
Mix together and bake at 350 for 30 minutes, stir every 10 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips and ENJOY!
