Re: Looking Up: The Divorcé Mainfesto by CoryL Irony: CoryL and others who pass this way...

What a beautiful piece of writing.
Thanks from the bottom of my heart for putting down the words and sharing them with us.
Speaking of sharing...

Has anyone ever sent this to their spouse?
If so, what was their reaction?

This is the second time my stbxw has done this in a marriage... walked away, and I don't think she has a clue as to the trail of destruction she leaves behind her.
As far as I know, she has also walked away from every relationship she has had in her adult life, if not more.
I am not alone in this. Others have felt this way because of her actions and her issues.

I am understanding that, although I'm not blameless in the demise of our marriage, this is most likely more the result of her issues, and not mine.

Thinking of sending her a copy of the Divorce Manifesto.
What do y'all think?

(Note to self: It's early in the morning and the caffeine hasn't hit my brain yet. Maybe I should reconsider later.)
