Re:ALMOST 2 MONTHS, STILL HAVE CRAZY MOOD SWINGS CONFUSED PETE: husky, you got that absolutely right, she was always so caring and affectionate and goofy sometimes, then BAM i never existed and the years and things we have been through mean nothing. 1 day after i stayed at my brothers she had taken all the rings off i gave her, i just noticed she blocked my email address and she says she does not recall the good times we had. this is such bulls**t
Re:ALMOST 2 MONTHS, STILL HAVE CRAZY MOOD SWINGS Husky1: I hear ya Pete. My ex-wife started dating someone new three weeks after our divorce, so you can imagine how enraged I was by that. It gets me fired up, but I'm working hard on trying to forgive. My situation is complicated by the fact that I have two little girls, so I have to work hard not to resent my ex-wife, because it would effect my time with my kids.
I still get angry, but I'm trying not to take it out on her. Lately I've been taking it out at the gym and sometimes on the bottle too.
Re:ALMOST 2 MONTHS, STILL HAVE CRAZY MOOD SWINGS Dino: Hey there Pete
Its been exactly 5 months for me. It took me a good 4 months before I started feeling really good. It was quite a sudden change though. Somewhere between 4 and 5 months I jumped up a notch again.
As for the sex and, ahem, self love? My libido was totally crushed for 4 months. Maybe indulged myself about 4 times. Pretty weak. In the last month though I've been with a couple of women and it's opened the floodgates. I'm like a rabid dog now.
It will all come back to you. Just have to give yourself time to heal. I'm glad I didn't hook up with any women until I was out of the slump of my ex.
