I totally understanding exactly what you are talking about, how do you tell what you need to say without sounding like you are selfish and self absorbed...because well, hey, I need my space, that is not a good way to make the relationship work....
But, here is the kicker as always...if he doesn't understand, he isn't the one for you!
(and I know all about needing your space!)
