i have yet to hear from the lawyer. he's spent the last 2 weeks on vacation. starting to wish i chose law school so that i could just take half a month off at a time.
i assume at this point the paperwork has been sent to my wife. i don't know whether she's signed it or not yet. i think her immaturity and laziness are probably offset enough by her desire for divorce that she's going to take care of it quickly.

Re:filing jimloveless: you know what's weird? there wasn't any bitterness at all in my last post, though it read that way. it's honestly the person i accept my wife to be at this point; selfish and immature. if that's the way she wants to be, it's no skin off my back; i'm better off on my own.
like i said, i'm totally apathetic right now.
i have plenty of right to be irritated, but i'm not, i don't think.
