the only stalker experience i have was from when my wife was leading a guy on and he went a little crazy. that's definately not what's happening here (my wife told this kid she'd run away with him, etc). martial arts would be a good idea and make sure you carry some mace around.. or one of those noisemaking devices.

Find a babysitter and get out, have some fun, stop hating your life, make some friends, then you wont be alone all the time for the stalkers to getcha ;) Seriously though, dont stop smiling, I dont think your doing anything to attract them, just bad luck. Next time you are in a public place and you see this guy walk up to him and ask him what he wants? wait! hold that thought til you've done the martial arts class:D
Re:Question about Stalkers kegrig: Don't despair, really. I have seen a couple of bad stalking things round here, seriously. My x is over the edge, sometimes I just have fun with her about it, let her go on and on for hours on end and me just agreeing to whatever she says but never doing anything about it. She is coming to my house, watches my car, parks beside me in the parking lot, looks at my mail. You are at least not in this boat yet, be positive! :)
Fortunately she has only found one girl that I went out with and they are both just as crazy, the one was a one-date wonder, seriously, who ever heard of a vegetarian who eats bacon and chicken mcnuggets??That's not right. I am pretty sure they slept together.
So, you have a shopping companion and he is interested in your health. Kick him in the junk if he gets too close and never be far from a cattle prod.
