old emails getting me into trouble browngreen: Hi all. I need to vent some frustration over this stupid situation. IT's just so.... I don't know, worrisome, dumb, tiresome, yet scary.
Things with my H have been super swell this last week. He came here, I've been over there. We've talked and hiked and ran together-- all the stuff I've missed so much. Listening to music, cuddling, etc.
Today I got an email from him responding to an old email I wrote when I was very hurt and angry-- I sent it on February 25. That was EONS Ago in my development.
ANd as an end note on my email I had the tag "You can't scare me, I was married to a psychopath"
Great, huh?
So, what do you think of his response:
It's 06/01/05 and i'm reading my e-mail for the first time in several months. I am going to send each of your submissions to me back to you in case you feel like revisiting them. I have to admit that reading this one has me shaking
I don't mean anything in particular in sending these messages back to you other than to give you the opportunity to review them if you so choose, or you can simply delete them.
i very much enjoyed seeing you each time over the past week and especially the time spent in the Butte area. P (my son) looks great and so do you! It was wonderful to see you both.
In a way I don't even want to read any more of your e-mails, but I will for any opportunity they may provide for me to understand myself through your perception.

and then on another email that I wrote more recently that was actually nice, but it had the caption at the end, he said "just to clarify your still legally married to that "psycopath" as am I ;) "
I forgot that that sig line was even on there! Doh!
I'm sorry, but I'm sorta freaking out over this. I want to call him, but he's on a work binge...
Geeze.
Be nice to know everything's allright (forever).

Re:old emails getting me into trouble MadorSad: Little bumps in the road ;D Just keep working at it. I try and use humor to cover my tracks just laugh at his jokes and comments that is what my Wife does
Keep at it I think it is well worth the extra effort

he does sound like he already understands that, but may have sent it to you to make sure you've changed your mind.
