Re:Perfect to Dead in 3 weeks ajw: Go see a lawyer today,dont worry about the divorce yet just sort out the custody of your child.Dont argue with her about it or anything or no doubt she will use that in court against you.She is being totally deceitful and unreasonable and a judge will see that too.If you act quickly here you can get an order forbidding her from removing the child from your state.Its going to make her as mad as hell but i think nows the time you focus on what you can save in the relationship,namely your kid.
Till you've been to see a lawyer i'd keep the arguments to a minimum because she may well use them to show your abusive now.This is no longer the woman you married ok,and she will lie,spit scream and do pretty much anything to get her way now.
Its going to get worse before it gets better,but you start putting these steps in now then it will get better,i know your dazed and shocked about the whole thing,but it sounds like she's had her own agenda and she knew exactly when to dump it on you.

Re:Perfect to Dead in 3 weeks reck: what ever you do, from this point onward, show no weakness. It sounds like a spure of the moment thing so let her feel the full force of the blizzard shes walking into, or the sunshine if that is the case.
No pleading, trying to convince. no showing her your feelings. If you make it easy for her your just easing her into her new life......and if you get her back........well then youve got to deal with the baggage that this will bring.

and YOU are willing to compromise? the lawyer is not a scumbag, is being sincere. Do you really want to go to FL? Is it because of your son? of because you want to be near her??? think about it, that's the true test of love, if she loves him as much as she says, she already ruined a marriage, then let her see how much she would loose if she goes, let her go alone, and see (like you said) how long her fantasy love lasts! Don't give in to her, battle to the end. I didn't get any lawyers, I am smarter than that, I got her parents against her, she wanted to move to FL too (what is it with FL?) but they made her stay because they said that if she left, she had to leave the baby with me. Anyways, just my idea, why you will move your life upside down, for somebody that doesn't love you? Lawyer wasn't a scumbag after all, he is just trying to get business, yeah! But he is also telling you something that you should really consider. Being nice has taken me so far, I started being tough and kind of an a*hole, and I am doing better, so think deeply about it
