You said you told him you like him, but he hasn't responded. That's probably the best you can do, unfortunately. Not everyone we like is going to like us back. (Sometimes this even happens after 7 years, 7 months, and 17 days of marriage.) What you do about it, though, is going to say a lot about what kind of person you are, and what kind of person you're striving to become.
The situation you're in, well, it sucks, but it happens to everyone, so at least you can take comfort in that you're normal. Even though it may not be what you wanted to have happen, your friend and your best friend are not wrong for being interested in each other. If you try to drive a wedge between them, you're going to look like the bad guy. Your best bet would be to just accept the situation, be happy they found each other, and take care of yourself. Cry at home if you need to. Just don't grieve too long. Guys come and go. Heck, for that matter, so do friends.

Taking your thread subject word for word, you LIKE him but he LOVES your best friend. perhaps LOVE takes precedence over LIKE.
