However, the rules are complicated and getting the paperwork through is hard, so you really need to find someone who can help you. For instance, legal aid, and local law schools may be able to help you find low cost legal assistance.
Re:help help help i am losing it terry7350: i have been calling and trying to find legul help but most places what you to all ready have the baby to help you here in FL every 1 feel like the mom all ways when and for a dad trying no 1 seems to want to help some 1 thay beleve that well not win and make them look bad BUT REALLY TO EVERY 1 THAT HAS LAFT A POST I REALLY THINK YOU IT MAENS ALOT TO ME THAT PPL TO READ THIS AND HELP ME SHARE MY FEELING i cant think you aunff just know that some 1 knows makes me feel batter
Re:help help help i am losing it slowlearner: Hi Terry, I'm really sorry to hear this is still going on for you. I have no idea of the law in FL so I can't help you there, all I can do is make some suggestions.
If your wife has been diagnosed with an illness, would the doctors be able to help you to see your child, even to make sure your baby is being cared for properly? Or is there some kind of child welfare agency that you can talk to?
I'm sure it would put your mind at rest if you could just see her and know that she is ok.

Re:help help help i am losing it terry7350: i called dcf dep.. of chiled and famlys that seen her when she was back on her meds and at a good time i guess most of what she dos is at night so thay did not do any thing i am going money and do the paper work on a emergy cuady order and hope she feels i have the gounds for it
