I can't stop.... KittyKat28: Everything sucks today…don’t know why. I keep crying and worrying over stupid things… I hate when I get these moods. I just want to crawl into bed and hide the whole day…. It sucks cause I can’t even blame it on PMS or anything like that….AHHHHH!!!! what’s wrong with me? :'( :'( :-\ :'( :'(
Re:I can't stop.... EssieDotCom: well Although PMS contributes to increasing our depression moods, it is not the main factor. sounds to me like you've got a bad case of the blues. I get these a lot, i have days where i cant stop crying.... and all i want to do is sleep, hide from the world. I wish i could do more to help you.... the only thing i can think of that i do is trying not to give yourself too much time to think about the things that make you crazy like this, i know easier said that done.
