What a terrible thing to do to an animal simply because the OW didn't like her. Shame on them for wasting a life like that.

I echo(ed) your last paragraph there for sure. But I think that there is someone out there for everyone, often more than one someone, and that it's only a matter of patience. Sometimes I feel like my life will never get going to where I want it to be and other days are very hopeful. We all have our ups and downs.

I read your post because of it's title; often I miss my "old life". Not as often as before, but there will always be little things I'll miss. I hope that you start to feel better soon.

Re:Missing my life......................... Blueyes424: I know that things will get better, and slowly they are. I've just had a bad week, and it's ony Tuesday! But I am doing better, and I know that things can only go up from here. Sometimes it just seems like it is too much to handle, but then when I really think about it, I have wonderful friends and family that are walking along the path of life with me that won't let me fall.....too hard!
