Re:New ColoHill: I recently have gone through the same thing. Believe me, some days it hurts so much you might just want to scream. The emotional rollar coaster is totally normal and actually good for you. This is what allows us to move past the hurt stage and into the angry stage that allows us to take action for ourselves. I can also tell you that you have come to the right place. This is an aswome site you share your opinions with fairly neutral 3rd parties. You can get support, advice, vent, whatever. If you ever need to chat, you can send me a message. My kids aren't as small as yours (3 & 5) but I can tell you that making them your priority will really help. Focus on you and your kids and what will make you all better. You deserve to be a bit selfish now.
