Re:losing more weight Bubba: Only 2000 Calories??? Heck, according to the various sites I checked I need at least 2750 just to maintain, and if I want to lose anything, I need about 2400. I am only 5'-4" @ 160. So how's that working that you guys need less then me??? You sure those figures are correct? 2000 Cals is pretty easy to hit, even just eating correctly. Two cups of skim milk, some oatmeal, a 1/4 cup of protein powder, BANG you are 600 cals, and that is just breakfast. You eat a protein bar as a snake that ranges between 220 to 400 cals depending on the bar. You are are at 800 to 1000 before lunch. A small lunch of water, chicken breast, 2 cups of mixed veg, perhaps 3 ouces of cheese, add 500 cals. Another protein bar for a second snack, bang you are up to 1800 to 2000 Cals, and you still have dinner and a snack. Bang you are up to 2400 to 2800 cals.
Just remember you need a lot of protein to build your muscles You would be surpised at how hard it is to achieve. I mean I try to get about 50 to 55 grams of a protein in a day. In order to get that much, I mix protein powder into my instant oatmeal,. and I eat protein bars. If you are hitting the weights you will need the protein.

Re:losing more weight Bubba: The question is, Smiley, what have you and/or are you doing to lose weight? Everyone can lose weight. Some faster then others of course. Some easier then others. However, with the correct combination of diet and exercise it can be done.
