Right now she cries to me about how broke she is but yet everytime I see her she seems to be sporting some new shoes, or a new purse, or a new shirt. That is what concerns me. I end up getting stuck in a 1 bedroom apartment and still have to feed my girls 2 times a week and 4 times a week every other week and she can have new things all the time, that is what sucks.

That's the way my ex is with his money. Always buying the latest and greatest toy/gadget/tool/clothing while not letting me spend money for the kids clothes (Wal-Mart or Goodwill) or toys/games/books, etc.
The afternoons he has them til 6 and 99% of the time won't feed them dinner before I get them. V
Very sad.
Can you not get custody?
