yes i am upset and i think i have very right to be. I know he's in pain and i acknowledge it....I just hate this....

Hi FFM, I'm so sorry for your bad day (been having one of those myself). But I think as long as we have parts of us which entertain the possibility of taking them back, we'll continue be mired in the shadows of our past and not move on completely. The fact that you do have those thoughts, however, shows how deeply you feel and are able to connect... now, unfortunately, the difficult task of disconnecting... of uncoupling... and that, too, completely, lies ahead of us. We *have* to do that to maintain our sanity and to forge future, healthy relationships. Lord, I just wish it were easier sometimes... :) All the best to you, FFM... and please feel free to vent here anytime (it actually helps some of us, as well!).
