It's okay for them to know you have feelings too. They won't ever understand the reality of what you are dealing with until they too become adults. But to see you are upset and to talk to them about what is upsetting you are two totally different things. They will see you being upset and yet reacting in a poisitive way, you will have a great influence on them.

pretend you absolutely no idea what the swear words mean and ask to have them explained to you.

and smile a lot, it'll piss 'em off.
