Re: What is your job? amola: job #1 (full time) i am an independent living counselor. in english, that means that i'm a case manager. i coordinate home health care services for people with physical disabilities to keep them out of nursing homes. deal with the state all the time. medicaid program. (phyx, sounds like we work with a lot of the same people) not supposed to be online all day, but well, when you're addicted, you're addicted....
job #2 (part time) front desk clerk extraordinaire at a hotel. reservations, check ins, check outs, some cleaning, and laundry. little bit of maintenance here and there. fun fun fun job. seriously. i love it!
Re: What is your job? jason: When OJAR was a very important part of my day, I was a full time farmer who sold feed and seed on the side. As you may imagine, not a lot of time to be on the computer, so I was mostly on very early or late in the evening.
Today, I am the large herd dairy specialist for a regional feed company in the Northeast. Except on the days that I am travelling, I am home at a reasonable time each day, which makes a LOT of things easier. I do have a couple of side jobs, but I am nothing like as busy as I was when farming.

Worst part about owning your own business is that you can't bitch about management anymore...
