Re:Weight question galil: Hah I think that losing weight does mean something.

I lost a sh!t oas of weight also and looked like a scare crow big time hehe. I am perfect where I am now and think I look purt durn good ;D

Howeve when I see my ex I see she has gained a ton of weight ;D The fact that she lost no weight and could be happy with her new life tells me I did'nt lose much at all ::)

Hang in there the weight will come back but take advantage of it while it is gone and when it comes back make sure it comes back as muscles ;D
Re:Weight question Safetykc: So far I have lost over 50 pounds...About 25-30 of it in the weeks after she left and i found out about the affair...Divorce shock..sigh...

The rest has been a combo of diet and lifting weights...The gym can be great. If you want to put on weight, you could read up and healthy weight gain products in combination with working out...You will soon look great and it really helps maintain a positive attitude.

Take care!!

;D

Re:Weight question brynne: I have lost 10 lbs, considering I was only 128 that's a huge difference, at first I loved it. But now I worry b/c I am still not eating right or enough.
I think it's a natural reaction to stress on the body, I know you can't eat & cry at the same time. I know I go thru periods where i have an appetite & then something happens & I'm not hungry one day, I mean I eat maybe 500 calories total...I'm sure once the divorce is final & I'm not on such an rollercoaster of emotions it will get better.

Hope
