Re: I slept like a dead person last night turning leaf: The problem I have with midnight food runs is that I'm afraid I won't be able to go back to sleep anymore after sugar hits my lips.
Ok fine I have to admit that as I am 'aging', I'd rather sleep than eat. I'm grouchier when I'm tired and sleepy than when I'm hungry.
