I want to say thanks to all you guys and gals here on ojar. I went through some really rough times in the last year, but you were here for support. You helped me so much in moving on. And thanks, Michael, for creating this forum.
Just a bit of encouragement for those of you who are currently going through what may be the worst time of your life: things can, and most often do, get better. Life is full of ups and downs, and divorce is a huge down, but we still have the rest of our lives ahead of us. This is not the end of the road for us, rather the beginning of a new journey. I don't want to sound too cliched, but these things have been true for me. A year ago, I was filled with misery and sadness, and now, I am happy. Don't ever give up on yourselves. One day, this will all be behind you. Good luck to all of you.

I hopefully will be posting the same kind of message either a year from now...or sooner...or later....
I know that day will come someday...right now in the misery and sadness stage, but there are bright spots in my life and bright people...
