Tonight I hooked up with an old girlfriend of mine. We had a good connection going, but I couldnt concentrate on her, I was just thinking about my stbx. I hate thinking about her, but I cant help it. I want to hook up, get laid, make an attachment or whatever you wanna call it, but the ghosts still haunt me. I hurt bad, when I know that I should just let it all go..;Its like crack. I hate myself right now, I feel pathetic. I cant wait till this is all over and i feel no more pain,.
Re:I agree with the lying, Leem ChristyM: I know the feeling of just wanting to hurry up and replace the ex, especially when they haved moved on to someone else. However, I have heard tooooooo many stories lately about how the ex ends up bouncing from one unfulfilling relationship to the next and I don't want to be like that. I want to take my time, enjoy the strong relationship I have with my daughter and eventually meet that someone that is perfect for me. Above all, I want to be able to look back and say I did THE RIGHT THING. I want to be able to hold my head up high with my family and friends. Most of our exs or s2bxs can't say that. We would be surprised what other people think of them - especially your co-workers Safety. They see her for what she is and I'm sure they don't think too highly of her..........
