I'm doing better. I slept well last night. I'm not wanting to reach out to the stbx today, so that's good. I know that would not help my situation.

I know what you mean, thoguh, about wanting to talk to someone "familiar" when it comes to everyday life stressors. It's funny, because my stbx must feel the same way sometimes...I am a nurse and he'll call me asking for advice about his ailments STILL. It takes a LONG time to get used to the fact that our ex's aren't someone to rely on anymore....we need to get used to our new state of independence no matter how hard it may seem sometimes.
At least we have our friends here on Ojar....:)
