Re: it's not getting better wowee: I am sure you have heard/ read before, but everyone heals at their own pace. My husband gave me the shock of my life October 2004 & I am still not healed & still have days where I have to do all I can to make sure my kids don't see me break down. There are so many factors that play a part in this & I am sure the same is true for you. You will get better, you really will. Post here, read here, joke around when you can & it all helps so much.
Re: it's not getting better dj: It CERTAINLY is possible fern. As wowee said, each of us is different...different stories, different circumstances and so we all experience things at our own pace. The bottom is a good place to be? WTF is this idiot saying you ask? It's up from here dear! There will likely still be times you bounce back down...lord knows that I've bounced once or twice up and down, but for the most part, once I hit my bottom, things have progressively gotten better and better.
Continue to lean on us here at ojar...onward and upward fern!!!!
