Re: My baby is scarred! Bubba: No offense, but your Ex sounds like a dick. Tell him he go down to Home Depot and get a privacy lock for under 10 bucks. If for some reason he feels the need to do such things while his child is in the house, at the very least he can do is put a lock on his bedroom door.

Re: My baby is scarred! Kermie: I agree with Bubba, the jerk should not be fooling around while your son is in the house. Tell him to keep his #$$% in his pants when your son is around, or he won't be around any more. I know exactly how you feel. My kids heard the stbxw in the next room, she played it off like she stubbed her toe and did not come out of the bedroom for 30 min. F%$# people! Sorry he had to go through that. The best thing you can do is like MG said sit him down and talk and I would do it for several weeks alot of times mine would not get the nerve up enough to ask me about it till it was long passed.
Re: My baby is scarred! tara: EEW.
Now, I'm not necessarily a proponent of "no nookie ever when the kids are around," (as that's just not workable for many custody schedules) but the utter lack of discretion here is appalling. Your ex needs a lock and a smack upside the head.
It's hard enough to explain sex to children when it's basic vanilla sex within a committed relationship that they walk in on (at least then you can use the "when two people love each other very much" line), but I can't even begin to think of how I'd explain a threesome to a child.
Is Frideon around? His ex-wife is involved in a non-traditional setup, and perhaps he'd have some input.
Re: My baby is scarred! kellsbee: Ok, well did I mention that this all took place in the living room...with alex asleep on a pallet on the floor???? ummm ya...i dont think i told ya that.
