Question sigkapgirl: Okay, so I'm unpacking all my crap, and most of it is straight from my storage unit, and I never went through it because I packed up and moved out in a day and a half.
So, I'm wondering, what did you do with your wedding pictures, and all the other pictures of you "together"??
I HATE throwing things away, especially because my wedding pictures were expensive! Its like throwing $2K down the drain!
Soooo, what did you do?? I mean, obviously, I'm not going to display them around the house or anything, but it seems pointless to pack them away and save them, you know? Ugh!
Re: Question starzluv: in my opinion, you should pack them up and hang onto them, right now you don't want them especially out on display, but they are part of your past and if you throw them out, years from now you might regret it. once you throw them out, you won't be able to get them back should you ever want to.
Re: Question turning leaf: They're neatly packed in a box in my parent's storage together with Christmas decorations. I'm thinking of sending my ex-mother in law solo pictures of her son taken on our trips together. As for our pics together, they're in that box gathering dust and taking up space.
Re: Question justmenow: I put them all in the attic. Either (1) I will look at them someday 20 years down the road and remind myself how glad that's not my life anymore, or (2) the mice will eat them, or (3) I'll forget they're up there and they will spontaneously combust, or (4) some combination of 1-3.
Re: Question tyrogers: The photo albums of me and my ex are in each of my children's rooms. T looks at his albums every now and then. M is not old enough, but she will one day.
ANSWER: I kept them for my children.
