A good example, my stbx had a rottweiler and a rottweiler/german shepard mix. He's one of the coldest people on the planet. I have no idea if this is true of all men, but it's what I've experienced.

Plus, I live in a very urban area, so I often see guys with aggressive dogs who treat their women like total crap. Maybe I'm biased? ???
