What an absolute a**hole. I don't understand how people can do this.
My best advice is get things rolling - don't sit on the divorce (if that is what you want...sounds like it.) If you are not sure then ignore the following advice: Right now he is all busy with her, pregnancy and maybe somewhere some feelings of guilt - strike while the iron is hot...talk to a letter get your sh*t together and get it done as quick as you can. You might be able to get him to agree to more stuff and things like that if he is preoccupied. (It worked for me.)

You have control of the situation now they have made a huuuugggeeee mistake. Be strong and post often up here the community really is a strong one and full of very intelligent and caring people that can help you in the days and months and years to come.
