WOW.I apreciate all of the advice.I still don't know what I want though.I do know I like chatting with her.I will be careful though.I don't want to be hurt or to cause the hurt.I think the best advice is to take it slow and see what happens.

It could be we just need someone to listen or it could be we really like just talking or it could end up in the future leading to a relationship.Oh my god I'm still confused.
Ever get so much information about something that after you've looked at it all you are more confused than you were when you knew nothing. ;)Dave

Re: On line dating...How does that work? JerniganReturns: Something a little more superficial that I haven't seen mentioned: one's online identity is usually FAR DIFFERENT from his or her *real* identity. Pictures can be deceiving, just as text messages and phone conversations can. There are even some people out there who willingly misrepresent themselves. To achieve what end one can only wonder, given that it's only a matter of time before the truth is revealed, if you meet face to face.

In other words, you might think you're talking to a Swedish MENSA-member bombshell online, but don't be surprised when someone resembling a scurvy-ridden pirate stumbles off the plane.

Re: On line dating...How does that work? Betizuka: I'm in the same situation, Half Full. Met someone online, things are going well and I feel happy. I have two words for you: Open and Honest

It is very easy to fall for someone you find you have things in common with, especially if you're both hurt and your hearts are wide open. You meet someone who listens to you and cares about you and the next thing you know, you're spending hours and hours online and you can't get enough of it. It can be good, but it can be painful as well, with the distance, the what if's, the not knowing what's going on when you don't hear from them.

That's why you have to be honest, share what you really feel, talk about the things you want, the things you're afraid of. Even when related to your STBX's, there are things that shouldn't be left unsaid because it's part of the healing process. I personally do not like to find about things  that unsettle me and feel the person I like is not being 100% honest, but if you get past those issues and really talk about it, then I think it's OK.

Good luck! It can be a very rewarding experience if you try to get to know each other well, are patient enough to wait for the day you can meet and willing to work things out no matter what.
