child support sparks: I am in Arizona and my stbx is deployed to Iraq. Our divorce will be final this month. He will have to pay child support based on what he is earning right now. When he comes home and goes back to work for his civilian company ( he is National Guard) He will not be making as much money. Does anybody know the procedure for changing child support amount?
Re: child support Yeehaw: In Arizona you have to go back to court to change court-ordered support - talk to your lawyer about it.
