Re: You ever just want to beat.... Bubba: I use to work out like a fiend when I separated, and I just continued it for over a year now. I do a 3 day schedule for weights. I usually do Back & Biceps one day, 2nd Triceps & Chest & Shoulders, and 3rd day is legs. I usually do 2 to 3 excerises per muscle: example for chest I do Flat bench, incline bench, and flys. I usually do circuit training too, so instead of resting between sets I jump of the bench and do something like military press. Now I usually do the weights 4 to 5 times a week. I try to do cardio 3 times a week sometimes more on the weeks don't have my son. I usually jog some trails for 4 to 8 miles, or I will cycle for 40 to 50 miles. Depends on my mood, the weather, and the amount of time I have to do it in.
