Re: Dog startingover: I agree, get a dog!!!
My ex wouldn't let me get a dog the entire time we were together for various reasons. Once things settled I finally got one. He just choked when my daughter told him. The look on his face was totally worth it. And I get the added reward of the dog greeting me all excited when I get home.
Re: Dog lonelywithouthim: thats funny because my ex did the xact opposite. we got a dog together after we married and she was a holy terror.. i begged him to take her back and he always said no that he loved her bla bla bla.. well he just gave her away the other night. made me so mad!

Re: Dog Cassa: I would love to get a dog, but I would want a house with a yard (which I used to have). I'm looking at condos downtown right now, but if I get one close enough to work then I could go home at lunch time to let the dog out.
I did get a new kitten, though, and she is adorable.
Re: Dog jadedangel: [color=navy"> I have a 2 BR apartment and two absolutely adorable shih tzu puppies. They are good apartment dogs and dont' shed! They are perfect for something like that ...
For me .. we have paper trained them and so they are able to get juggled between me and my sister's schedules. They are so lovable and all of about 9 pounds.
Just a suggestion......[/color">
